The following are non-refundable certification application fees: (1) Initial educator, sixty dollars; (2) Five-year renewal educator, sixty dollars; (3) Reciprocal renewal provisional status, thirty-five dollars; (4) Duplicate educator certificate, twenty-five dollars; (5) One-year renewal educator, twenty-five dollars; (6) Adding an endorsement or professional preparation, or endorsement analysis, fifty dollars; (7) Invalid status certificate fee, one hundred dollars; (8) Transfer or transition to a five-year certificate, sixty dollars; and (9) Temporary educator status, sixty dollars.
