The following are non-refundable certification fees: (1) Initial educator certificate- $60; (2) Renewal educator certificate - $60; (3) Out-of-state provisional certificate - $35; (4) Duplicate educator certificate - $25; (5) Educator permit - $25; (6) Alternative preliminary certificate - $20; (7) Alternative certification certificate - $25; (8) Adding an endorsement based on state-designated test - $35; (9) Adding an endorsement or professional preparation based on transcript analysis $50; (10) Conversion to an advanced certificate - $25; (11) Inactive educator certificate - $25; and (12) Invalid educator certificate fee - $100.
