24:28:05:04Addition of endorsement, preparation type, or certificate level.

If a certificate holder requests addition of an endorsement, preparation type, or certificate type at a time other than renewal, the certificate holder must submit the fee required under subdivision 24:28:05:01(6) along with the application. The certificate holder may request the addition of multiple endorsements or preparation types using a single application. This application does not extend the expiration date of the certificate.
