The applicant shall: (1) Have a bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally-accredited institution of higher education; (2) Complete South Dakota Indian studies; and (3) Provide a written recommendation from the designated recommending official of the regionally-accredited institution of higher education, which verifies the applicant's satisfactory completion of the approved program and specifying the applicant's: (a) Degree program; (b) Major; (c) Preparation; and (d) Endorsement.
