An applicant for an educator permit shall submit: (1) A completed application; (2) Any application fee as provided in chapter 24:28:05; (3) Documentation that the requirements of the requested permit are met; (4) Complete South Dakota Indian studies; (5) Recommendation from the appropriate agency, if required, that the applicant meets the requirements of the permit; and (6) Any additional documentation upon request.
