To obtain a general education alternative certification, the applicant shall: (1) Have a qualifying offer of employment from a school district or department-accredited school pursuant to § 24:28:11:08; (2) Have a bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally-accredited institution of higher education; and (3) Specify any requested endorsement area.
