To obtain an administrator alternative certification, the applicant must: (1) Have a valid teacher or alternative preliminary certificate according to chapter 24:28:10; (2) Have a qualifying offer of employment from a school district or department-accredited school pursuant to § 24:28:15:11; and (3) Submit a professional development plan identifying how the requirements of § 24:28:15:09 or 24:28:15:10 will be met.
