The alternative administrator certificate is valid for one year and may be renewed four times. The applicant for a renewed alternative administrator certificate shall submit: (1) Documented evidence of progress toward meeting the requirement of § 24:28:15:09 or 24:28:15:10; and (2) A recommendation for renewal from the school district or department-accredited school where the applicant is employed based on documented performance and progress.
