For an individual who has completed an elementary preparation program, each of the endorsements listed in this section requires completion of a major in content or completion of state-designated coursework. The endorsements are: (1) Elementary Russian; (2) Elementary Japanese; (3) Elementary Norwegian; and (4) Elementary World Languages.
