resources and environmental services career pathway endorsement. For an individual who has completed an elementary preparation program, a natural resources and environmental services career pathway endorsement requires completion of a two-credit CTE methods course. This endorsement also requires completion of state-designated coursework or 4,000 hours of validated work experience in a related field within the previous five years. Effective July 1, 2019, passage of the state-designated pedagogy test is also required.
