requiring coursework. For an individual who has completed a CTE preparation program, each of the endorsements listed in this section requires completion of state-designated coursework. The endorsements are: (1) Secondary deaf or hearing impaired; (2) Secondary blind or visually impaired; (3) Secondary South Dakota Indian studies; and (4) Middle level learner.
