requiring career and technical education (CTE) methods course, and content test, coursework, or work experience. For an individual who has completed a K-12 SPED preparation program, each of the endorsements listed in this section requires completion of a two-credit CTE methods course. Each endorsement also requires one of the following: passage of the state-designated content test, completion of state-designated coursework, or 4,000 hours of validated work experience in a related field within the previous five years. The endorsements are: (1) Education and training career cluster; (2) Food products and processing career pathway; (3) Plant systems career pathway; (4) Animal systems career pathway; (5) Power structural and technical systems career pathway; (6) Agribusiness career pathway; (7) Business marketing and management career pathway; (8) Sales, merchandising, and marketing research support career pathway; (9) Welding and precision machining career pathway; (10) Accounting career pathway; (11) Banking services and business finance career pathway; (12) Insurance, securities, and investments career pathway; (13) Restaurant and food service management career pathway; (14) Travel and tourism career pathway; (15) Early childhood development career pathway; (16) Consumer services career pathway; (17) Programming and software development career pathway; (18) Web and digital communications career pathway; (19) Networking systems and information support career pathway; (20) Design and pre-construction career pathway; (21) Construction career pathway; and (22) Government and public administration.
