24:50:01:07Eligibility requirements for arts organizations

applying for general operating assistance. The following types of organizations are eligible to apply for general operating assistance: (1) A South Dakota nonprofit arts organization designated as federally tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code in effect on July 26, 1985; and (2) A South Dakota arts organization which is permanently under the aegis of a nonprofit organization qualified under subdivision 24:50:01:06(1). The qualified nonprofit organization is responsible for all fiscal and contractual arrangements.
