The required courses and experiences of a 5-12 industrial technology education program shall meet the International Technology and Engineering Educators Association (ITEEA) professional development standards, 2003 edition. The program shall require candidates to demonstrate the content, pedagogical, and professional knowledge and skills identified in the ITEEA standards, and to demonstrate competency on the multiple assessment measures of chapters 24:53:04, 24:53:05, and 24:53:06.
