Any administrative program referenced in chapter 24:53:08 must include: (1) A South Dakota Indian studies course approved by the department; and (2) Incorporation of the Code of Professional Ethics created by the South Dakota Professional Teachers Practices and Standards Commission contained in chapter 24:08:03 in at least one of the courses required by a basic administrative program.
