Rulemaking activity
in the state park system allowed only in designated campgrounds -- Night limit. A person may camp only in an area designated as a campground site. No person may camp at, nor may a camper unit occupy, a designated campground site in the state park system for more than 14 consecutive nights without written permission of a department representative. For the purposes of this chapter, the term "camper unit" has the same meaning as defined in § 41:03:04:01.
