and diving at Palisades State Park, Custer State Park, Big Sioux Recreation Area, and Angostura Reservoir prohibited, A person may not jump or dive from cliffs, rock formations, or bridges into the waters of: (1) That portion of the Split Rock Creek which lies within the boundaries of Palisades State Park; (2) Sylvan Lake, Center Lake, Legion Lake, and Stockade Lake within the boundaries of Custer State Park; (3) The Big Sioux River which lies within the boundaries of the Big Sioux Recreation Area; or (4) Angostura Reservoir.
