No person may consume or possess any alcoholic beverage when entering, using, or occupying: (1) An area 200 feet inland and 200 feet outward from the water's edge of the area at Lake Alvin Recreation Area from a point due south of the west corner of the beach parking lot and extending approximately 500 feet westerly and approximately 300 feet easterly; (2) An area lying east of State Highway 79 in Bear Butte State Park; (3) Bolton Game Production Area located in Union County; or (4) Hunter Quarry Water Access Area.
