boat operation -- careless operation defined. No person may operate or allow the operation of any boat in a careless manner. Careless boat operation is defined as that which is done without due caution, at a speed or in a manner so as to endanger any person or property, not amounting to reckless operation of a boat as defined in § 42-8-46.
