The hunting restrictions contained in this chapter do not apply to the hunting of light geese during an established spring light goose season or Conservation Order in any refuges described in chapter 41:05:02 except Silver Lake State Waterfowl Refuge in Hutchinson County, Oahe Dam State Waterfowl Refuge, Big Bend Dam State Waterfowl Refuge, and Ft. Randall Dam State Waterfowl Refuge.
