41:06:45:04Application requirements and restrictions.

The following requirements and restrictions apply to a license under this chapter: (1) A person may possess one general muzzleloading deer license valid in MZD-LM1, as described in § 41:06:45:02; and (2) Only residents of the state may apply for a general muzzleloading license valid in MZD-ST1, as described in § 41:06:45:02, and they may only possess a single license valid in this unit.
