number of hooks and lines allowed. The maximum number of hooks per line and lines per person allowed for snagging paddlefish and rough fish is one line with one hook. Hook size is limited to a single or treble hook with a gap no larger than 1/2 inch between the point and the shaft (2/0 hook or smaller)
