-- Contents -- Submission. A person who desires a permit to hunt fox and coyote from an aircraft shall submit a completed aerial hunting application to the department in Pierre giving the person's name, address, phone number, hunting license number, county or counties where hunting will occur, and any other information requested on the application prepared by the department which the department deems necessary to comply with the provisions of SDCL chapter 41-8 and chapter 41:08:06.
