As used in this chapter: (1) "Game bird" means any swan; goose; brant; puddle, diving, river, or sea duck; wild turkey; grouse; prairie chicken; pheasant; partridge; quail; and any hatching eggs of these birds; (2) "License" means the captive game bird license issued by the department; (3) "Licensee" means a person, corporation, or nonprofit organization that has been issued a captive game bird license.
