41:13:04:02Assignment, sale, or transfer.

A concessionaire may assign, sell, or transfer the concessionaire's possessory interest in a concession lease or agreement in the event of death to a beneficiary, assignment for collateral purposes to a lender, or a transfer to existing partners or shareholders only with prior written approval of the commission.
