provided. The department shall provide inspection forms and technical supplies as needed to carry out the duties of SDCL 34-18. This shall not include office equipment, furniture, stationery, or other capital equipment. Copies of all correspondence relating to any establishment in its respective territory shall be furnished to the designated agent. The department shall provide written interpretation or directives in answer to any questions of fact or policy concerning SDCL 34-18.
