dressing areas and lockers. If employees routinely change their clothes in the establishment, dressing rooms or dressing areas must be provided. Lockers or other suitable facilities must be provided for the orderly storage of employees' clothing and other possessions. Dressing areas and locker areas must be located in a designated room or area where contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles will not occur.
