and saline tattoo removal establishments -- Handwashing facility required. An easily accessible handwashing facility supplied with warm, potable, running water must be provided in or directly adjacent to the tattooing or saline tattoo removal area. Each handwashing facility must be provided with liquid soap and single-use paper towels or a commercial hand dryer.
