44:67:01:05Grounds for suspension or revocation of license.

The department may suspend or revoke a license issued under SDCL chapter 34-23A and this chapter on any of the following grounds: (1) Violation of any of the provisions of SDCL chapter 34-23A or this chapter; (2) Permitting, aiding, or abetting the commission of any unlawful act in the facility; (3) Conduct of practices detrimental to the welfare of the patient; and (4) Failure to allow department inspections, including complaint inspections and necessary follow-up inspections.
