Establishment agents shall: (1) Receive thorough training in the safe operation of any heavy agricultural equipment, industrial equipment such as extraction and packaging equipment, and other heavy equipment such as forklifts, before operating that equipment; and (2) Complete OSHA-approved certification courses prior to using any equipment.
