Rulemaking activity
If the provider is placed on probation or its certification or application for certification is denied, suspended, or revoked, the provider may appeal to the cabinet secretary of the department. The provider shall notify the department by certified mail within ten calendar days of receipt of notification of the action requesting a fair hearing pursuant to SDCL chapter 1-26.
