Rulemaking activity
Composition. The following individuals shall have the opportunity to participate in the development of the ISP: (1) The participant; (2) The participant's parent if the participant is under 18 years of age; (3) The participant's guardian, advocate, and/or conservator, if any; (4) The participant's case manager; (5) Direct HCB services staff; and (6) Any other individual desired by the participant.
