Rulemaking activity
The provider of direct HCB services shall assist the participant in obtaining blood levels at least annually or as recommended by the participant's physician related to specific medications or diagnoses. The provider of direct HCB services shall assist the participant with obtaining follow-up medical care related to any non-therapeutic levels.
