services. Services shall terminate when: (1) The family no longer meets the eligibility criteria as defined in § 46:11:12:02; (2) A misuse of funds is substantiated; or (3) There is a request by the family or the participant's guardian to terminate services. If termination occurs pursuant to subdivisions (1) and (2) of this section, the division shall provide a written notice of the reason for termination to the family ten calendar days prior to the termination of services. The notice shall include the process of appeal pursuant to § 46:11:12:11.
