46:17:06:11Investigation of abuse,

neglect, exploitation, or injury of unknown source. Any allegations of abuse, neglect, exploitation, or injury of unknown source shall be thoroughly investigated by the ICF/IID. The results of the investigation shall be reported to the administrator or designated representative and the division within five working days of the incident. If the allegations are substantiated, appropriate corrective action must be taken.
