The division may terminate grants when federal funds are exhausted. The division may also terminate grants for any of the following circumstances: (1) The project period ends and the agency makes no request for the continuation of the grant; (2) The agency ceases to be a public or private nonprofit agency; (3) The agency fails to meet the objectives as established in the grant proposal or ceases to benefit individuals with disabilities; (4) Changes were made by the division in the priority of services; or (5) Matching funds from the agency are not available.
