46:30:12:05Appeals.

An applicant may appeal the decision regarding eligibility for the program pursuant to SDCL chapter 1-26 by notifying the department in writing within 30 calendar days of receipt of the written notification. Nothing in this section may be construed as indicating that the department will pay for legal fees for representing an applicant or provider.
