The division shall provide written notice that a complaint has been received and a copy of the facts of the complaint to the interpreter by first class mail within ten business days after receipt of the complaint. The interpreter must send a written response to the allegations to the division within 30 business days after receipt of the written notice. The division may accept a written response to the allegations in an electronic format if it is readily accessible in a format that can be downloaded, printed, or otherwise maintained as a record for future reference. Failure to respond in writing to the allegations within the time frame required constitutes admission to the allegations and the division shall make a decision without further investigation.
