The Department of Labor may charge the following service fees: (1) For seminars, conferences, or workshops, $50 for each attendee; (2) For publications, $15 for each copy; (3) For computer software, $100 for each program; (4) For photocopies, 25 cents a page; (5) Searches for files and records, $20 for each request; (6) For transcribing tape-recorded hearings, $2.40 a page; (7) For copies of transcripts, 25 cents a page.
