Rulemaking activity
Sections 47:02:02:19 to 47:02:02:23, inclusive, relating to conduct of hearings, apply to a hearing on challenged ballots or objections to an election. After the close of the hearing, the division shall issue its decision with regard to the challenges or objections, or both.
