47:03:01:27Setting aside default.

Upon good cause shown the department may, within thirty days after entering a default order, vacate such order and reschedule the hearing of the original claim. Following the expiration of thirty days, the party adversely affected by the order may seek a reversal of the order only upon the filing of an independent action.
