multistate workers in a single jurisdiction. An employing unit may file an election to cover under the law of a single participating jurisdiction all the services performed for it by an individual who customarily works for it in more than one participating jurisdiction. The elected jurisdiction may be the one in which any part of the individual's services are performed, the individual resides, or the employing unit maintains a place of business to which the individual's services bear a reasonable relation.
