48:02:02:04Consent to examination of accounts and records.

Each applicant must consent in writing to the examination of all accounts, bank accounts, and records in the applicant's possession or under the applicant's control and must authorize all third parties in possession or in control of the accounts or records to allow their examination as determined necessary by the commission or executive director in conducting background investigations.
