No cash or check payment for credits awarded on a video lottery machine may be made unless the ticket voucher: (1) Is presented on a fully legible, valid printed ticket voucher that contains the information required in SDCL 42-7A-37(5) and §48:02:08:01(10); (2) Is not mutilated, altered, unreadable, or tampered with in any manner; (3) Is not counterfeit in whole or in part; and (4) Is presented by a person authorized to play under SDCL chapter 42-7A and this title.
