The executive director shall delay payment of all prizes if any evidence exists or there are grounds for suspicion that equipment malfunction, tampering, or fraud has occurred during a drawing. Payment shall be made after an investigation is completed and the drawing is approved by the drawing manager. If the drawing is not approved, the executive director shall declare it void and authorize a redrawing to be conducted to determine the winning numbers or symbols.
