general -- Subject to board of military affairs approval. Local, state, or federal government agencies requesting the lease of armory facilities for more than 30 days shall negotiate for space and rental fees with the adjutant general. Agreements must conform to SDCL 1-24 and are subject to approval by the board of military affairs.
