61:18:01:03Failure to respond.

Failure by a person to request a hearing within the time specified in § 61:18:01:02.02 or SDCL 32-23-11 constitutes a waiver of the right to a hearing, and the department may then suspend, revoke, disqualify, or cancel the person's license.
