- Property Tax Administrative RulesEffective
for formal designation. An individual seeking permanent certification renewal may qualify for a one-time exemption from the requirements for renewal certificates in § 64:02:03:02 if the individual possesses any of the following designations listed: (1) South Dakota Association of Assessing Officers, CSDA; (2) American Society of Rural Appraisers, ARA; (3) American Society of Appraisers, ASA; (4) International Association of Assessing Officers, AAS, CAE, CMS, PPS, RES; or (5) Appraisal Institute, MAI, SRA.
