64:28:13:04Name change due to marriage.

Assignment of a title for a name change due to marriage shall be made in the same manner as any other transfer except that on the reverse side of the certificate of title the owner shall sign as seller using the exact name shown on the face of the certificate of title and then type or print the correct married name as purchaser.
