Terms used in this chapter mean: (1) "Disability/incapacity consultation team," a three-member team consisting of a consultant physician, a consultant nurse, and a representative from the department; (2) "Unemployment insurance" or "UI," unemployment insurance benefits available through the Department of Labor and Regulation.
