67:10:03:04Deductions from income.

The department shall deduct the following from the assistance unit's countable monthly gross income: (1) The standard earned income deduction calculated according to § 67:10:03:05; and (2) Child support paid by a member of the assistance unit under court or administrative order or under any other legally enforceable separation agreement to maintain, in whole or in part, children in another household.
